No matter what skills you have in dancing right now you will be able to learn more and to become more confident as you do.
You can invite other couples that you know to join you for dance lessons as well. You may be more comfortable if others that you have a relationship with are in attendance. Then you can make it a group effort to learn something such as dancing. Bring the subject up the next time you are with a group of your friends and see what people think of the idea. You can also have some information about what is offered in your area to share with them as well.......
